Looks like there are only 2 payments left on the Acura TL and we will officially be out of the lease. That means it is time to start researching new cars. I use Consumer Reports for my research, but also to get the bottom line price. What are we looking at this time? Michelle has indicated an SUV this go round for purchase, not lease. The Lexus ES350 seems to be at the top of the list, but we will certainly look at the Acura MDX, Honda CRV, and I would like to include the Toyota Highlander, but with all the problems they are having, I am not sure that is a good idea. Look for a post sometime before May for a new car post. My HEMI truck will be paid off this year most likely also. No plans to replace my truck at all. I love it. Now…I might have to add a third car to our household if that 425 horsepower Challenger keeps making me drool! 
The house is getting some updates too. We are researching a new front and back doors, along with a screen door of some type for the back that has a built in doggie door. Those will be coming soon. Some other updates in the future will include hardwood flooring, new carpet, and some type of covering for the patio cement.
The layoff rumor is for next week and is rumored to touch my company. How many, or if it really happens is all up in the air of course, so anything I spoke about above could be null and void.
