I often look up in the night sky and wonder what is out there. Tonight, I began to think about it more.
There are billions upon billions of stars that shine at night. Some you can see better than others and some not at all. I wonder, could all these stars actually be the souls of people that have died? Could it be that heaven is actually just a heaven of stars, a heaven of souls that look down on us every night?
There are some stars that shine bright, while others are dull, and hard to see. But why would some stars shine brighter than the others? Maybe the brightness of the star depends on how that person lived their life. Maybe they lived their lives to the fullest, or lived well, and were happy. Maybe they did good deeds and put others before themselves.
Then there are those stars that are hard to see. Maybe these are people who were not important and had no value. Lived only for themselves and no other. Maybe they had no purpose in life.
What kind of star will I be?
